It is with great pleasure that Rogerscorp can announce the appointment of Devcon Property Group to our latest premium residential offering, Fable by Rogerscorp. Devcon have been engaged to begin preliminary works on the development and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them as we have done so with previous projects.
Work is projected to commence onsite in Quarter 1 2023. The project comprises 57 town and terrace homes with an extensive private amenity offering including a resort style pool, BBQ and dining pavilion, fire pits, yoga lawn, electric car charging stations and a considerably landscaped communal parkland.
Engagement with Devcon began earlier this year and we are now well underway in the initial construction planning stages. Devcon have worked alongside our team here at Rogerscorp to deliver a number of our projects in the past, we have the utmost faith and trust that they will successfully deliver a premium residential project to our buyers.
Our most recently completed residential project, Nest at Bracken Ridge was one that was successfully delivered by Devcon during the pandemic. They are one of South-East Queensland’s most respected builders, based in the Sunshine Coast and delivering a wide variety of residential, industrial and commercial assets. Rogerscorp have worked closely with Devcon to remain informed and monitor construction pricing in line with the recent well publicised changes in the industry.
At this stage, Rogerscorp anticipates the building approval process will initiate in the coming weeks with the intention of starting civils and operational works in January 2023.
